Is fruit juice really good for skin %26amp; can maintain health??
Raw fruit is better than fruit juice because it contains more fibre and it takes less of it to fill you up. Also, once fruit is juiced it begins to lose vitamins as they get destroyed by the atmosphere. Fruit juice is still a decent source of certain vitamins though. Most juices are high in vitamin C, but you would have to check the individual bottles to find which fruit juices contain which other vitamins. One thing to keep in mind though is that fruit juice is very high in sugar and, of course, sugar that is not used by the body eventually gets stored as fat. You should only really drink one glass (250ml) of fruit juice a day. The best fruit juices are ones labelled 'freshly squeezed' and 'not from concentrate'. Fruit juice from concentrate is c*ap!
In terms of hydrating the body, water is far, far superior to anything else. Too much fruit juice would actually dehydrate you due to its high sugar content.
Reply:some dietician advice those people not to drink too much juice, coz it makes them fatter... (especially the concentrated ones).. it's healthier when you make it from fresh fruit...
hmm... apple diet is great! it cleanse your body, it has vitamin c and e...helps to improve ur skin and also clean your liver.
banana contains potassium...
and most of the fruits contain vitamin c...(helps to build up ur immune system)
Reply:Fruit juice should be made fresh not canned. It can provide you with vit.A,B,C, and other minerals such as zinc, magnesium, and others. The purpose is it hydrates your skin and the same time it helps eliminates toxins out of our body, that is why your skin turns out to be flawless.
Reply:Frankly, fruit juice has a lot of sugar and a lot of calories. I think water would be much better for your skin. Drink plenty, it will keep your skin well hydrated.
