In titrating fruit juices with NaOH, how can i determine the color change if the fruit juice is not clear?

is there a way for me to decolorize the fruit juice so that the color change, indicating the endpoint, can be easily observed?

The colour of a solution during titration will change only if the solution is a pH indicator. Now, as far as I know, fruit juice is not. Unless you add a dye such as bromophenol blue, methyl orange or phenolphthalein, the colour of your fruit juice will not change upon addition of NaOH. What you could do to determine the pH, is either to use strips of pH paper or an instrument called pH meter.
