Is eating fruit bad for losing weight?

I have heard that eating fruit when trying to lose weight is bad bcause of all the sugar it contains. Is there a "best" type of fruit?

It is not bad for losing weight. You just have to eat a right amount, so your body will also burn those carbs it has. To tell you the truth, there is no "best" fruit. They all contain vitamins and minerals, something we all need.

So all in all, just don't eat too much fruit that your body cannont burn all the carbs.

But you defintely want to eat some kind of fruit if you are trying to lose weight, because it provides you with the vitamins and minerals you need.



It is not bad to eat fruit while trying to lose weight!
Reply:It's not bad, the fruit will get out by you pooping so that you can get the nasty stuff in the body go out! Any fruit is very good.
Reply:That's not really true. The only fruit that isn't good when trying to loose wait is bananas, pinapple, and avacado (if you consider it a fruit)
Reply:Fruits and vegetables are always good for you. Together with grains, they form the bottom of the food pyramid that's recommended for good health. If you're dieting and hardly eat, try to avoid sour fruits like oranges as you may get gastric trouble. Eating bulky fruits like apples make you feel full so you eat less of other foods.
