Dwarf Fruit Trees: Does anyone have any experience with a "fruit salad" tree?

I recently planted a "fruit salad" tree that has peaches, apricots, plums and "plumicot" varieties grafted onto one tree. Does anyone have any experience with this type of tree? If so, how has it worked out so far? Any advice on pruning them would be most helpful.

we had one when i was a kid. i believe it had grapefruit, lemons and oranges. can't say i remember much about it. it didn't bear much fruit, being so small. we would maybe get a few good ones of each per year, no much more. it was an interesting conversation piece, though.
