Questions about fruit trees?

i have two apple and two peach trees, i live in ohio

the card said i will have fruit in 3 years, this is the beginning of the 2nd year and there is alot of peaches on the tree, should i let them grow or should i take them off?

and when do they need to be pruned?

it's usually in the second year, we live in Midwest, should be a good crop, just more bountiful next year
