Fruit Smoothie Recipe?

I need to find a good fruit smoothie recipe from these fruits that I own currently. Bananas, apple, nectarine, lemon, orange. I have ice and milk and other common kitchen ingredients.(no yogurt please) If you can please include calorie amount.

Berry Smoothie



INGREDIENTS

1 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup orange juice

1 Gala apple, peeled, cored and chopped

1/4 cup milk



DIRECTIONS

In a blender combine frozen banana, orange juice, apple and milk. Blend until smooth. pour into glasses and serve.





Fantastic Berry Blend



INGREDIENTS

1 banana

6 strawberries

1 kiwi

1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt

3/4 cup pineapple and orange juice blend

DIRECTIONS

Place the banana, strawberries, kiwi, vanilla frozen yogurt, and pineapple and orange juice blend in a blender. Blend until smooth







Yummy Smoothie





INGREDIENTS

1 cup milk

1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries

1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries

3 tablespoons sugar

1 cup ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

Place the milk, berries and sugar in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and process until smooth

Tropical fruit smoothie



1/2 small papaya

1/2 pear

1/2 nectarine or peach

1/2 banana

1 (6 ounce) container yogurt (I like to use pineapple flavor)



Whirl everything together and enjoy!



If the mixture is thick, you can always add a little milk or juice, or add an orange to the combo to lighten it up a bit.

Reply:1 banana

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1/4 cup skim milk

1 teaspoon protein powder or other powdered vitamin supplement, optional

1 cup ice



In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend for about 1 minute. Pour into a large glass and serve.

Orange Banana Cream Smoothie Recipe



1 cup milk



1 1/2 cups orange juice



1/2 tsp. Vanilla



1/2 frozen banana (chunks)



1 cup vanilla Frozen Yogurt



1/2 cup orange yogurt



3 Tbs. orange juice concentrate

Pour all liquid ingredients into the blender. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend at MIX setting for 30 seconds then blend at SMOOTH setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the stir stick around counter-clockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately. Each recipe serves 3-5.







Mango Tango Smoothie Recipe



1 cup pineapple juice



1 cup orange juice



1/2 frozen banana (chunks)



1 cup pineapple sherbet



1 1/2 cups frozen mango slices

Pour all liquid ingredients into the blender. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend at MIX setting for 30 seconds then blend at SMOOTH setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the stir stick around counter-clockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately. Each recipe serves 3-5.
