I'm tryin' to lose weight and I heard that some fruit is not good do anyone know what fruits that I should stay away from. I love oranges, green apples, honey dew, water melon, and cauploes
What fruit should I eat?
ALl of the fruits you listed are fine (except for cauploes, I don't know what those are), as long as you're eating a small portion. It's the calories that add up in fruit more than anything else, but those are relatively low-cal. Also try berries and tomatoes.
Try to stay away from starchy fruits like banana, mango, papaya, and pineapple, and remember that avocado is not a fruit--it's a nut (and has the fat of one, too).

Reply:All fruits are good for you. The only fruit that isn't good for you is the canned kind, with the heavy syrups and added sugars. Oh, and also the fruits in the alcohol drinks, those are empty calories.

Fruit is high in sugar so 2 servings a day is good.
