What fruit is better for dieting?

trying to lose weight, what fruit should I eat with my breakfast? and apple or orange? I would choose bananna but we are outta those. by the way. If you are wondering im eating my fruit with rasin bran. healthy breakfast

Reply:No matter which fruit you eat it's healthy just keep eating your fruits and veggies! But if you want to know which fruit is higher in what vitamins, etc... I always go to this fantastic website where if you sign up for an account you can get the nutrition information for basically anything. You can search "apple" and "orange" and compare the two if you'd like. You can also put in everything you've eaten in a day and it will break down everything you've eaten to every nutritional element.

I have bacon and eggs with half slice oatnut toast and half an apple!



any cereal, bananas and oranges are very high carbohydrate and don't contribute at all to weight loss.
Reply:Well, honestly, one of the best fruits when dieting would grapefruit. So if you can't put it with your cereal, just eat your raisin bran cereal and have the grapefruit on the side. Grapefruit is wonderful to help you burn fat and boost your metabolism.

Strawberries have great fiber and high in vitamin C...excellent with your diet.

Blueberries as well have antioxidants and high fiber...excellent as well.

But most fruits are great when dieting. Just be sure to keep in balance the fruits that have the highest sugar content, especially in the beginning stages.

By the way, the fruits you suggested yourself are great. Actually all fruit is healthy. When you do get bananas, eat them regularly. They are high in potassium and other nutients which are great for keeping your metabolism in check and protects your heart.

Reply:i suggest you make a fast simple but healthy breakfast such as eggs and a slice of bread and a glass of orange juice and any piece of fruit you like
