i've lost a lot of weight (50lbs) and want to lose more. but my body is so used to what i eat now, i'm not losing weight anymore. is getting stricter with what i snack on going to help me lose more? like eating fruit instead of toast? and eating fruit as a snack?

Eating fruit instead of toast will eliminate some carbs which may help you lose more weight. Just remember you have to have some carbs. By the way congrats on the 50 you already lost.
