As above, i have to loose 20kgs(45 pounds) in 3 months and i am on fruit diet(only fruits and fruit juices)... Please suggest me fruits and fruit juices which i should consume? Thanks!

Eating only fruits in your diet will do no GOOD. If I was you, I would do EXERCISE, drink WATER, and lastly eat fibre because it keeps you fuller for longer. (don't eat white, just wholegrains or wholemeal) And cut your meals to small portions. Not tiny, but plenty. Don't eat food out of depression, DRINK WATER.

second, a diet consisting only of fruits and veggies is harmful to your body
you will be lacking many of the nutrients/vitamins your body needs to function. your organs need fat to work properly. fat is not bad for your body...it needs it! you are going to be so weak and have no energy to do anything.
also, a diet of only fruits and veggies will upset your stomach, honestly.
Reply:Hey, fruit JUICE is not a good option for losing weight. Eating whole fruits is alot better. The juice is alot of sugar for not much substance.INstead of making juice, put the entire fruit (skin and all) inot a blender. This mkaes sure you are getting all the goodness of the fruit. Melons and berries go great together. Try getting kebab sticks and threading them with strawberries, melon chunks etc. For hot days you can freeze them or dip them in low fat yogurt! Yummy.

Reply:Stay away from fruit juices. Eat low GI fruits like Guava, green apple, lemon, lime, grapefruit, green pear.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

If you want to try some exotic fruits try dragonfruit, starfruit, and jackfruits.
