Fruit Tree Starts?

Are the small starts growing around my fruit trees viable? If I removed them, and replanted them, would they produce fruit also?

Those small "starts" that you see are probably what I would call "water sprouts" as they usually grow from roots near the surface from the original tree.

You will probably find it most difficult to attempt to remove any worth saving as a transplant, and risk injury to the parent tree root system.
