You can make them on your own in a blender. Just put whatever fruit you want (Cut up of course), ice, and 2 Tablespoons sugar. You can also add yogurt or honey. "Blend" and "Mix" until it's realllly smooth. I make them alllll the time! You can use strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, peaches, kiwi, mango, etc...

Reply:just make your own. buy a blender and put some fruit in every morning. i make an amazing smoothie made with 3 bananas, a smal handful of almonds, and a small handful of ice cubes. it is so delicious.





oh and, the girl who said jamba juice is wrong.. those things are loaded with added in sugars. that's why they say.. "they're the best" it tastes so good only because they add in sugar. you never know what your putting into your body when you buy food at a place like that. your best bet is buy your own and make it. jamba juice's drink range from 600-1700 calories. it's crazy.
