Fruit Diet?

I have few qns pertaining to this topic.

what is the fruit diet about? Does it help in shedding some pounds and having clear, better skin?

What kind of fruits should i consume and how long is the diet for?

Lastly, for those who have tried it- did it help you at all?

Fruit Diet?
The fruit diet is when you eat more fruit than you do everlthing else. If do the fruit diet than you can loose weight, but every food has some calories( look on the internet for the calories in a specific fruit,e.g. Calories in a watermelon or calories in a banana...) You should eat what ever fruit you want till you get to the wieght that you want. The diet can only work if your commited enough to try and and stick with it.

Reply:fruits are high on water and sugar. water is fine too much sugar no. But because theres so much water, you will be constantly hungry
Reply:Try an all-juice diet instead. It's highly accepted if you're looking to lose weight fast.
Reply:You can diet on any food you like.. There's no difference, as long as you are reducing your calories and getting all your essential vitamins and minerals. Hell, you could even diet on M%26amp;M's and a multivitamin if you wanted. The type of food diets are pretty much irrelevant as long as you get your nutrition and limit those calories.
