Fast, fruit, veggies...?

is it safe to do this for 2 weeks

day...

1 fast on water

2 eat only raw fruits

3 eat only raw veggies

4 fast on water

5. raw fruit

6 raw veggies

7 fast



and so on for another week

Fast, fruit, veggies...?
If you have never done this before and your diet is poor prior (lots of red meat and nothing organic etc.) then you could get very sick from the toxins leaving your body.

Why not just incorporate this regiment into your everyday life. Lots of water and raw food are always good.



A balanced diet is good, sounds like you get that. Then next I would say, if you DO eat a bunch of good stuff, but not organic, then you will be cleaning your system of agricultural chemicals. You will feel this for sure because you are doing a hydration fast.

On day SEVEN I would "not" do a nothing fast, at the very least drink water and day ONE I would not start out with the hydration fast. Oh make sure you are drinking filtered mineral water for the hydration fasts, very important.



OK I read your other question and you did not tell me you wanted to do this long term! Or until you get to the desired weight (NO LESS)! So now my advice would be NO hydration fasts during this time.
Reply:Only if you really, really like having severe diarhea.
