hey guys.. ive been looking for energy fruit shakes that i can make every morning or everytime im rushing... i work out 5 times a week and sometimes every morning i feel weak.. so maybe a good energy fruit shake would help me.

You should try having a banana milk shake. Just cut a couple of bananas into small slices, add milk and sugar / honey and make it into a juice with a mixer. You can add a few ice cubes if you want and there you go... Bananas are an instant source of energy. So are apples and pomegranates. Try them and you will definitely feel refreshed.
