Fruit Drink with too many vitamins?

Theres a fruit drink called "Naked" Berry Blast. I was looking on the side and it said it has 5 blackberries 4 rasberries 4 strawberries 3 half apples and a half banana. I thought it was weird so much fruit could be in that tiny bottle so I looked at the Nutrtion Facts and it said in the bottle there was 100% of the daily value of vitamin A 210% of Vitamin C and 300% of vitamin E! So My question is, can it be a bad thing to have too many vitamins? And if so what would be my "symtoms" if I do get too many vitamins?

Fruit Drink with too many vitamins?
Yes, too much of a vitamin can be a bad thing. Vitamins can be either fat soluble, or water soluble. Water soluble vitamins generally don't pose a problem, because if you consume excess, they will simply be excreted in your urine. Fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, %26amp; K) can accumulate in the body and cause toxicity.

A-liver toxicity, osteoperosis, nausea, vomiting, headaches, dizziness, blurred vision

D-nausea, vomiting, anorexia, constipation, weakness, weight loss, confusion, heart abnormalities

E-muscle weakness, fatigue, nausea, diarrhea

K- anemia

Probably drinking one fruit drink will not cause toxicity- it's usually repeated use that causes problems.
Reply:The human body has a tendency to accept only the required content of vitamins, especially from juices and other liquids. The excess content is usually flushed out. But yes, if there is a strong consumption action, the body may absorb more than required and cause a negative impact.

That said, I doubt if the above mentioned drink does really provide the said doses. You may also want to check what levels of vitamins A, B, C and E are right for you. Check out www.vitaminpros.com/compare-beta-glucan.... and the other pages on this site for more information. After all, only you can be the best judge.
