How much fruit, is too much fruit?

I was just wondering how much fruit, is too much fruit to eat in a day

im kinda worried im eating too much and damaging my body!

there is no such thing as too much fruit.

5 pieces of fresh fruit a day is only a guide-line.

eat as much as you feel like.

if you ate too much it may cause the runs but i'm sure your upset belly would let you know long before you couldn't get off the loo!

Reply:there are people who actually eat nothing but fruit and they seem to be ok (although to be honest i wouldn't follow any of them into the bathroom). Try this website

Reply:I was a fruitarian for 2 years and ate only fruit, nuts and seeds. This was a balanced diet because I was getting the RDA of all vitamins and minerals and also plenty of protein from the seeds and nuts. Fruit is very nutritious but most fruit is cooling to the body and is high in sugar. If you are eating the fruit to the exclusion of other foods, make sure you include protein foods as the protein content of fruit is inadequate on its own. Also the sugar content is too high to just eat fruit all day every day.
Reply:I don,t think you can really eat too much fruit. I meant only fruit, without an adverse reaction.
