Fruit Kabobs?

I want 2 do fruit kabobs 4 a party and I'm thinking about preparing them the day/night b-4. How do I keep the fruit fresh?

fruit kebabs... keep them fresh on a flat tray in the fridge and cover them with cling film or tinfoil. make sure you don't squash them though.

You could also add a sprinkle of lemon juice to the fruits so they do not turn brown.
Reply:I would do the fruit in advance, except for melon, and place it in separate plastic storage bags. The melon has such a high water content that I would wait until the day of.
Reply:make it like a hour before the party and then put the kabobs in zip lock bags.

You could try kiwi,strawberrys,chedder cheese and green granny smith apples.
Reply:Peel and chop the fruit and cover in water and lemon juice.
Reply:Put all of one kind of fruit seperate from the others, then rearrange in the morning.
Reply:Squeeze lemon juice over the fruit to prevent them from browning. Place in airtight container.
Reply:covered in the fridge
