i know fruits and vegetables are healthy, but i also know that there is a limit.
so how much fruit and vegetables should i eat everyday to help me stay fit for cross country and basketball, sports like these?

national standard is australia state that you should get at least 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables a day. you should also get 7 serves of whole grains and wheats
Reply:I say 3-4 servings of fruit
and
4-5 servings of veggies everyday
PLUS plenty of water and all the other good stuff for your body
