Fruit bad for diet?
don't stop eating fruits, you need the vitamins they give you
Reply:Fruit and vegetables are essential for a healthy diet, keep on eating it. But sugar is sugar, even if it comes from fruit. I personally, get nasty headaches when I eat fruit by itself.

Throw in some veggies and some lean protein like cottage cheese to balance out the sugar in the fruit. And keep eating it - no one ever got fat from eating too many kiwis.
Reply:Fruit sugar is sugar! fruit sugar is like honey! Esp, grape!

Apple, grapefruit , kiwi and berries are the top picks for dieting.
Reply:If you change your diet to include fresh veggies either raw in salads or stir-fried in extra virgin olive oil or steamed and eat plenty of fresh organic fruits, what happens is your body adjusts to the the loss of fats and sugars you get from eating junk foods. If you drink between 6 and 8 bottles of pure water every day and walk at least 2 miles you will find yourself losing a lot of weight, while at the same time your body is building up its defenses against all diseases and toning your body so that you look great and feel even better. Keep up eating fresh fruits instead of junk foods that contain salts and fats your body doesn't need. A human being can live exclusively on fruit but it won't help your body to eat just one thing. Stay with the veggies as well as the fruits and cut out eating as much red meat and pork as you can. You will see and feel the results in thirty days or less.
Reply:don't eat too much fruit otherwise you are not weight loss but weight gain.
