Is fruit bread good for you?

dont think it has added sugar

but its got like 80% fruit

should i have a slice of this and a glass of milk for breakfast

or wholegrain cereal with just a few bits of dried apricot

Is fruit bread good for you?
Balance is the key.

With 80% fruit it doesn't need sugar - plenty of sugar in the fruit! :)

It's not bad for you - if you have it instead of cake.

It is bad for you, if you have it instead of regular wholemeal bread.

For breakfast you need both slow carbc (regular bread) and fast carbs (sugar). Slow carbs will take your body hours to turn into muscle-fuel - the fast carbs are ready to go! The more physical your morning is, the more sugar you need.

Fresh fruit is the best way of getting the fast carbs, because you get fibers and vitamins as well.
Reply:Vary between both.

Malt loaf isn't quite as healthy as wholegrain cereal.... but it's quite healthy.
Reply:Just mix it girl, why stay with those two, why not some muslei, sugar free of course.
