What fruit, does the Tree of Life bare?

In Eden, two trees. The tree of knowldedge of good and evil had a fruit, that I conclude was judgement. But what is the fruit of the tree of life? Or, do you think like many on this site, that Adam and Eve ate the first tree, and acquired knowledge?



If you think the story is mythical, answer in that context please. The power of judgement, and the rewards of life is the issue for me, not the existance of God/not God/

What fruit, does the Tree of Life bare?
The story of Adam %26amp; Eve was written for learning purposes, but greedy people used the story to control good people. Read this next part only if you can handle the truth...Replace the garden with a womans body, the friuts are the parts of her body, they hid thier genitalia after having sex, some time later they had kids and had to focus all thier energy on the children and not God Himself. Adam and Eve had sex, we are imperfect just like them now...we are physical being that die and no longer angels. The Tree of Life is; The knowledge of the supernatural world...not nature and babies.

Reply:Consider the story of Adam and Eve a parable and prospective of sorts; further Consider the event never occured in "time" as you might percieve it.



The idea of "good and Evil" is one deeply distorted by "biblical text"; the writer would be as anonymouse as any writer within Biblical context as well;



"Good and Evil" are perspectives of man-made events; this Dogma is interpreted as"evil' or "good" and so forth by yor very expectations you alone creat; ie, as you expect pain from a cut finger, as this is your teaching, it will hurt as you wish and this is your reality shared.



The judgement you speak of is the judgment of the cut finger; and as you wish your expectations will be met upon "physical death" as this is you making; yet, in Truth, even those expectations fall away as No purgatory awaites those who see this truth in reality; again, there are those whom aid those whom live thier false truth of "purgatory" by leading them away from that and into the light of Truth; ie the Truth seeks all and finds all.



Back to your original question ; the Fruit represents "what seed you plant" will grow your reality, be it bitter or sweet, it belongs to you; to take hold and bite into it is risky as the life you lead will be one you expect; the fruit was not One thing, but Anything.



Anything is knowledge and to bite into it invites you to partake in that creative endevore we call "Life".



Truely, one judges themselves harder than any God could; and this is the true nature of reality.

Reply:passion fruit of course, lol after sinning (according to the bible) after they sinned they were denied to ever eat from the tree of knowledge and the tree of life was hidden from them. They ate a little from the tree of knowledge but never ate from the tree of life. Some people believe the tree of life still exist (fountain of youth)

The Tree of Life refers to the method of Creation and the potentials within our existence - which are limitless. This will become clearer to you if you study the Kabbalah (the Tree of Life is a primary focal point of the Kabbalah), but it is something very difficult for most people to understand.



The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil refers to our polar existence. We experience everything in our world as a dichotomy of opposites - polar extremes. "Eating" of the Tree of Knowledge provided mankind with a consciousness that would allow it to differentiate between two things. This is the fundamental difference between humans and animals.



Knowledge of the Tree of Life is understanding the process of Creation, starting from a non-physical level (a mental, or spiritual place that some would refer to as the astral plane), and bringing it into physical manifestation. The Tree of Life encompasses all possibilities and consists of two polar opposites (which can be viewed as male/female or active/passive), as well as a balance between those two opposites. This is easier to conceptualize by viewing a Kabbalistic Tree of Life diagram, which is arranged in three "pillars" composed of ten sephiroth. The number 10 is critical in understanding the profound nature of the Tree of Life. The number 10 is the union of 1 and 0 - 1 represents the male/active force, while 0 represents the female/passive force. Note the similarities between the numbers 1 and 0 when put in the context of human reproduction. 1 is a penis and 0 is a vagina/womb. CREATION (of another human) can only be achieved by the UNION of male and female; ie, the 1 goes inside the 0.



I hope everyone is able to follow that... To put it another way, the Tree of Life is the pattern, method, or archetype, of Creation.
