If you drank fruit juices instead of eating whole fruit what happen to your fiber and calorie intake?
Fruit pulp is bulky and helps to keep you regular. Fruit is also lower in sugar than processed fruit juices. If your trying to save calories and increase fiber skip the juice and eat fruit.
Reply:Nothing, if you have the right servings you will be ok. Except I warn you of what happens to your digestive system....
NOT PRETTY AND VERY PAINFUL!
Reply:it might not be as heahlty foryou as the regular fruit would be
Reply:more calories
Reply:If you drink a glass of juice, you are consuming more than 1 helping of the fruit, not getting the same fiber, getting more calories, and you would drink the juice much faster than the washing, peeling, cutting of the fruit, thereby again adding calories.
Reply:Fiber down, calories up.
