hey I read about a diet that is about fruits you eat them every 2 hours and then like around 5 p.m we aet only a salad or grill chicken do you think it will help me loose weight i heard that a women lost 14 pound on 14 days becaused all you getting from the fruit is water what do you think?

Fruit diet?
I think you will lose the weight, but you will also gain it all back when you start eating normally again. If you lose weight by eating healthy food and small portions and exercise it will take longer, but you can keep it off.
Reply:It sounds like any other fad diet. I'm sure you'll lose weight in the beginning, but more than likely you'll gain it back. It's not a long-term diet so once you go back to eating real food you'll gain back the weight you'd lost. If you really want to lose weight you just need to eat a balanced and nutrious diet by having 4-5 small meals every 3-4 hours that include protein, "good" carbs, low calories and fat. Eating less more often helps increase your metabolism which continues to burn fat.
Reply:I do this flush approximately once per month. It's called Jay Robb's Fruit Flush. It's a 3 day detox diet.

I use it as a tool to get rid of cravings.

You DO lose up to 9 pounds in 3 days... I have personally lost 11 on 1 occasion... but it is NOT fat that you are losing. It's old retained water, bloat, and toxins from processed foods.

It is still good to get all that crap out of your system on occasion. Bad food makes you crave more bad food... this stops the cycle.

If you do it for the right reasons... I highly suggest it. The eBook is only $5.
