if i ate fruit instead of junk food for a month (fruit everyday) and i worked out 30 min - 1 hr a day, would i gain weight from fruit?

No matter what, FRUITS ARE HEALTHIER THAN JUNKFOOD.
But some fruits are 'healthier than others. For example Apple and Orange have less calories than Mango or Banana.
Reply:Why only do it for a month? If you're going to start a new diet to either gain or lose weight you have to keep it up permanently not just temporarily.
Reply:Most fruit is very low in calories with no fat grams. It would be much healthier to eat fruit and you should not gain weight unless you are eating an excessive amount of fruit.

dont eat a ton
mix it up with veggies, nuts, some chicken. etc.
too much fruit will pretty much get you diarrhea
Reply:yes- if you dont burn off the calories from that fruit then ye. Fruit is full of sugar, which will turn itself into fat, if not used
