Fruit Smoothie Recipes?

I know that fruit smoothies are low fat but can you give me abunch of different low fat fruit smoothie recipes please?

Fruit Smoothie Recipes?
Berry Smoothie



1 cup calcium-fortified orange juice

1 large ripe banana

1 1/2 cups chopped mixed berries - fresh or frozen

1 cup fat free vanilla or plain yogurt



Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Sweeten a little if necessary.



Pineapple-Banana Smoothie

Serves 2



1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice



1 banana (6 ounces)



1 container (6 ounces) plain nonfat yogurt



1/2 cup ice cubes



Grated nutmeg



1. In a blender, combine 1 can crushed pineapple in juice, banana, plain nonfat yogurt, and ice cubes. Purée until smooth. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve.



Per serving: 168 calories; 0.4 gram fat; 6 grams protein; 37.8 grams carbohydrates; 2.4 grams fiber



Canteloupe Smoothie

Makes about 2 cups



1/2 cup low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt



1 pound (about 2 cups) chopped cantaloupe (from a 1 1/2-pound cantaloupe)



1. Combine yogurt and cantaloupe in a blender; blend until smooth. Chill in an airtight container, and use within 1 day.
Reply:Well, when you're making smoothies, just add a bunch of your favorite fruits, some juice, and ice and most likely it'll taste great. For lowfat smoothies, just don't add any sugar, and if you use milk then use fat free or reduced fat. That's all I can really tell you. Try mangoes,peaches,banana, and strawberry. It tastes delicious. =)
